Time Twins (2014-Present) is a series of photogrpahic portraits, audio recordings, and experimental poems. I posted ads in Lima, Peru to locate and photograph other women born in the city the same year as me. The photographs are all staged, often at night, in typical Lima street locations chosen by the subject. I then make audio recordings of each woman telling a pesonal story or memory of growing up in Lima. The audio recordings are used to make experimental poems that are recorded in my own voice and played alongside the photographs.
